Affiliate Disclosure

BeaconFX, operating under the full legal name BeaconFX (Structured Trading Command Center), is a forex trading education and market intelligence platform accessible at beaconfx.trade. We provide trading signals, market intelligence tools, structured educational courses, and mentorship programmes.

BeaconFX is not a licensed broker, investment adviser, or financial institution. We do not hold, manage, or execute trades on behalf of any user. All trading activity is conducted independently by each user through their chosen broker.

An affiliate relationship exists when a platform earns a commission by referring users to a third-party product or service. BeaconFX participates in affiliate and introducing broker (IB) programmes with a number of regulated forex brokers.

When you click a broker link on BeaconFX and subsequently open a live trading account or make a qualifying deposit, BeaconFX may receive a financial commission from that broker. This is a standard industry practice and is disclosed here in full compliance with applicable advertising and consumer protection standards, including the guidelines of the Nigerian Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) and international standards set by the FTC (United States) and ASA (United Kingdom).

BeaconFX currently earns affiliate compensation through one active broker partnership:

The following brokers currently have an active affiliate or IB relationship with BeaconFX. All listed brokers are regulated by recognised financial authorities.

This list is updated as partnerships change. The absence of a broker from this list means no affiliate relationship exists with that broker.

Affiliate relationships do not influence the content, signals, market intelligence, or educational material published on BeaconFX. Specifically:

• Trading signals are generated based solely on the Market Control Framework (MCF) methodology — not on which broker a user trades with
• Broker listings are based on regulatory standing, trading conditions, and user experience — not on commission rates
• We do not issue signals biased toward instruments that benefit any broker partner
• We do not suppress negative information about broker partners
• Educational content is not sponsored by or written on behalf of any broker

If we ever publish sponsored content or paid broker reviews, they will be clearly labelled as "Sponsored" or "Paid Partnership" at the top of that content. As of the date of this disclosure, no such sponsored content exists on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BeaconFX expressly excludes all liability in connection with its affiliate relationship with HFM and any other broker partner, including but not limited to:

• Broker conduct: BeaconFX is not responsible for and makes no representations regarding the trading conditions, spreads, execution quality, withdrawal processing, customer service, regulatory compliance, or financial stability of HFM or any other broker.
• Referral outcomes: BeaconFX makes no guarantee that opening an account through our referral link will result in any specific trading outcome, profit, or benefit beyond the free signal access described in Section 3.2, which is subject to qualifying criteria and may be modified or withdrawn at BeaconFX's sole discretion.
• Free signal programme: BeaconFX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the HFM free signal programme at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will endeavour to provide advance notice of any material changes. Qualification for the programme does not create a contractual entitlement to signal access beyond the terms stated in our Terms of Service.
• Third-party changes: BeaconFX is not liable for any changes HFM makes to its products, services, terms, commission structures, or regulatory status. If HFM's regulatory status changes, BeaconFX reserves the right to terminate the partnership without liability to any user.
• User decisions: Any decision to open a broker account, deposit funds, or trade is made solely at the user's own risk and discretion. BeaconFX's affiliate relationship with HFM does not constitute financial advice, a recommendation to deposit, or a guarantee of any kind.

By using BeaconFX and clicking any broker referral link, you acknowledge and accept these limitations in full. Nothing in this disclosure expands or creates any liability for BeaconFX beyond the obligations expressly set out in our Terms of Service.

This disclosure is published in accordance with the following standards and regulations:

• Nigeria FCCPC: Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 — requires clear disclosure of commercial relationships that may influence consumer decisions
• FTC Guidelines (US): 16 CFR Part 255 — Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising
• ASA/CAP Code (UK): CAP Code Rule 2.1 — Marketing communications must be obviously identifiable as such
• GDPR / NDPR: Nigeria Data Protection Regulation 2019 — affiliate tracking data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
